Tuna Patties

Recipe adapted from on Pinterest

1 5oz cans of tuna (in water) drained

1 egg

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup chopped white onion

2 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp hot sauce

juice of one lemon

salt and pepper to taste

2-3 TB coconut oil

Use hands to combine all ingredients except coconut oil. Shape into 4 patties (or bite size "nuggets", I do that for the kid) about 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick. Heat coconut oil in skillet on medium. Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side.
