Italian Meatloaf


Italian Meatloaf 1/2 pound pork sausage 1/2 pound lean ground beef 1/2 cup mushrooms 1 egg 1/4 cup mozzarella (we use nut cheese, dairy free) 1 TB italian seasoning 1/2 t minced garlic 1/2 cup marinara sauce for the top Combine all ingredients except marinara and form into loaf. Place in prepared pan and cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove foil and add marinara, baking an additional 10 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before serving
