I LOVE Egg Roll in a Bowl. It comes together super fast, tastes great, and you can customize it like crazy. Here is how I made it this week, which was a big hit around the CrabbShack!
In a pan, heat 2 TB sesame oil
Add 1 TB minced garlic, heat until fragrant
Add 1/2 pound hot pork sausage, cook through
Add 1 package cole slaw mix (I used the Super Blends from walmart with cabbage, carrots, brussel sprouts, etc.) and 2 TB coconut aminos
Cook for 5 minutes
add 1 cup imitation crab meat and sprinkle all with 1 tsp ground ginger
Cook 5 more minutes and serve :)
