Chocolate Mug Cake

2 Large Eggs
4 TBSP Butter (I use Country Crock plant based butter alternative, almond oil)
4 TBSP Raw Cocoa Powder (I use Kiss My Keto brand cocoa MCT)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 TBSP Sugar Substitute ( I use Swerve)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4 TBSP Almond Flour
1 TBSP Coconut Flour
Melt butter
add eggs, sugar substitute, and vanilla
fold in dry ingredients
Divide between two mugs, microwave each for 70 seconds
Optional Toppings: walnuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, Lily's dark chocolate chips
