Apple Crisp (dairy and sugar free)

(Around 6 medium to large apples.)* I never peel mine, some call it lazy, I call it "rustic" lol 2 tablespoons erythritol 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 cup almond flour 3/4 cup golden flax meal 3/4 cup old fashion oats 3/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup erythritol 1/4 teaspoon stevia (omit if using a sweetener blend) 4 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon mineral salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1tsp vanilla Preheat oven to 375°. Thinly slice apples. Peel them if you want, but again, I go for "lazy rustic chic" when I cook. Place apples in 9 x 13inch baking pan. Mix 2 tablespoons erythritol with the 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Mix almond flour, golden flax meal, oats, erithyrtol, stevia, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together and then mix in melted coconut oil and vanilla. Crumble mixture evenly over apples. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes and then remove from oven. Lower oven temperature to 325°. Cover with aluminum foil (shiny side up). Bake for 15 more minutes.ture evenly over apples.
