Zoodles and Meat Sauce
* Spiralize 2 zucchini and 1 yellow squash, spread on a sheet and spray with oil
*Set oven to preheat to 400, go ahead and let squash roast while it preheats
*in a sauce pan, brown 1 pound ground white meat chicken and 1 quart mushrooms with 1 TB grapeseed oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano
*when cooked through, add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, and 1 small can tomato sauce
*simmer 5 minutes
*remove squash noodles

*serve sauce over noodles, top with mozzarella (we use cashew milk cheese) and dried basil
