1/8 cup instant coffee
1/8 cup coconut sugar
1/8 cup water
Whisk until stiff peaks form (it takes awhile)
Warm on stove:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup water
2TB your favorite coffee creamer (I used Hazelnut Coffeemate)
Divide warmed milk between 2 mugs and top with whipped coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar if you like!
Can mix or leave it separated, and serve hot or iced.
I like it mixed up and hot
