Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs

1 lb ground turkey 1 Tb coconut aminos Sea salt 1 tsp ground ginger 1 Tb dried chives

Sauce: ½ cup coconut aminos 2 tsp honey Sea salt 2 Tb orange juice 1 tsp coconut flour 1/2 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Form into 20 meatballs. Spray foil covered pan with evoo and space evenly apart.

Bake at 375 degrees 25-35 minutes

While the meatballs are baking, combine sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan. Medium heat, whisk for 5 minutes. Set aside to thicken.
