Pumpkin Chicken Chili

Pumpkin chicken chili
1.5 cans pumpkin puree
1 lb ground chicken
1 T coconut oil
1 T low sodium chili seasoning
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp stevia
1 large can diced tomato
1 can chicken stock
1 can black beans (drained)
Serve with a cornbread muffin!
8.5 ounces Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1 box
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Bake according to box instructions
