Homemade Pizza (GF, DF)

Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza
Crust:
2 cups almond flour
2 TB coconut oil (measure before melting)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
Combine and roll out between two pieces of parchment paper to desired thickness
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes (more or less depending on desired thickness)
Remove and top with:
8oz tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Thick sliced pepperoni (or pizza topping of choice)
Cheese of choice (I used sliced dairy free provolone)
Sprinkle of basil
Bake another 15 minutes
Slice and enjoy!
