We use imitation crab and shrimp, but you could easily swap out for a different protein!
1 Tb sesame oil 1 Tb coconut oil 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 cup mushrooms 10 oz bag frozen riced vegetables (cooked) 1/2 Tb rice vinegar 2 cups frozen oriental stir fry veggies (cooked) 2 TB coconut aminos 1 cup small shrimp 1/2 cup imitation crab 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp honey
few shakes of red pepper flakes to taste
Heat sesame and coconut oil in skillet, add garlic and mushrooms over medium high heat
Sautee these while frozen riced vegetables are cooking
Strain vegetables and add to skillet, along with rice vinegar.
Allow to cook while stir fry vegetables are heating in microwave
Add vegetables to skillet, along with coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
Allow to cook while thawing shrimp in microwave
Strain shrimp and add to skillet along with imitation crab, ginger, and pepper
Cook all together for 2-3 minutes until well heated and combined
Drizzle with honey and red pepper flakes, stir to distribute
