Chili Dogs
1 pound lean ground beef
5.5 ounce can V8 juice
1/4 cup minced yellow onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp stevia
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne
Pour V8 over ground beef and let sit for a few minutes. Break up the meat and brown in a skillet with onion and garlic. When meat is no longer pink, add remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to boil.
Transfer sauce to a slow cooker place hot dogs on top of chili sauce and cook on low 2 hours.
Serve with wheat buns, minced onion, shredded cheese, relish, ketchup, and mustard ready to go!
