Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders


8 chicken breast tenders

2 eggs

2TB water

1 cup almond slivers

1 TB coconut sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp cayenne

1 TB olive oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Combine almonds and spices in food processor and pulse to fine.


Whisk eggs and water in separate bowl.


Dredge chicken tenders in egg wash then seasoned almond meal.


Place on parchment and drizzle with olive oil.


Bake for 25-30 minutes.
